Service Description
We offer wellbeing coaching to individuals to explore the challenges they are facing and we will create a support package to help them reach their goals. MindTune coaches are highly skilled in getting you to where you need to be and walk alongside you every step of the way to ensure your goals are achieved. Wellbeing coaching, also known as transformational life coaching, supports you to rediscover your potential, your strengths and your abilities. This not only applies to work but to your personal life too. Coaching will help you to feel fulfilled at home – even achieving those long-term life ambitions that persistently get left on the ‘to do’ list year after year. Wellbeing coaching gives you direction and helps you reach your own goals by using techniques based on core psychological principles. In the coaching environment, we will provide you with a safe, secure and empowering space to uncover the answers yourself. We also offer therapeutic coaching with our Young Persons Therapeutic Coach, Laura Darby. Therapeutic coaching is a combination of therapy and coaching. It is solution-focused, helping you to find answers that are right for you while providing the benefits of traditional therapy. Therapeutic coaching integrates key principles of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), developmental psychology, life coaching, trauma-informed care, psychoeducation, pre-trial therapy, and mindfulness, to help you live a healthier life. Laura's approach is trauma-informed, meaning she accounts for any trauma you may have suffered and its impact on your behaviour, mental health, and ability to engage in treatment. She tailors interventions in the context of your trauma history, triggers, and specific needs. The combination of techniques allows her to explore problems holistically, on the level of both body and mind. One-to-one coaching sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space in which to gain greater awareness about the challenges you are experiencing. The approaches support your emotional wellbeing, help to relieve stress and anxiety, increase your confidence and self-esteem. The life coaching directory says: “Coaching is often seen as a partnership between you and your coach, who will gently encourage you to explore how to make positive changes in your life based on your aspirations. A coach should also offer support and feedback to help you to stay focused on your goals and will occasionally set you tasks and objectives to work on outside of sessions.”
Cancellation Policy
1-hour Sessions: If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged in full for the session. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to work something out. For Neurobox ONLY clients: Please use Sarah.Clark@Neurobox.co.uk for any appointment reschedule or cancellations. MindTune Minutes: These sessions can be booked up to half an hour before they commence and so there will be no fee if booked and cancelled on the same day. If any longer, the usual cancellation policy applies.
