Service Description
Our 20-minute offloading sessions are particularly effective for letting off steam on the way home from work or getting things off your chest, confidentially and without the feeling we often get that we are burdening those around us.
Cancellation Policy
1-hour Sessions: If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged in full for the session. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to work something out. MindTune Minutes: These sessions can be booked up to half an hour before they commence and so there will be no fee if booked and cancelled on the same day. If any longer, the usual cancellation policy applies.
