Service Description

Learn ways of improving your sleep, understand what might be getting in the way of a good night's sleep, and look at developing a bespoke sleep routine designed for you.


Cancellation Policy

1-hour Sessions: If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged in full for the session. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to work something out. MindTune Minutes: These sessions can be booked up to half an hour before they commence and so there will be no fee if booked and cancelled on the same day. If any longer, the usual cancellation policy applies.
