We have created ‘Mindtune Minutes’ where, through experience, we have been able to condense our therapy into smaller sessions that are more focused on you and the particular issue at hand.

These bitesize sessions are ideal if you have a specific issue you need help with and you don’t have time for a full session or struggle with concentration. We've picked 5 topics to get started with, but we can tailor these short, sharp sessions to your specific needs if there's something else you'd prefer to focus on.
Offload
Our 20-minute offloading sessions are particularly effective for letting off steam, confidentially and without the feeling we often get that we are burdening those around us.
Worry
A short, focused session on how to problem solve when worrying thoughts start to cloud your judgement, with techniques for challenging and changing your thought process and overall outlook.
Sleep
Learn ways of improving your sleep, understand what might be getting in the way of a good night's sleep, and look at developing a bespoke sleep routine designed for you.
Mindfulness
Spend 20 minutes with one of our mindfulness experts to learn and experience a mindful session - destress, learn to practice with some accountability and dedicate time to you.
Problem solving
Need to look at solving a problem quickly and effectively? This session is all about helping you find a solution and will give you tools and accountability to take action.
