Online Neurodiverse Integrative Therapy
Focus on individual strengths and abilities to work towards your goals.
Service Description
Neurodiversity Integrative Therapy is an approach to support mental health and support/explore awareness and understanding of self and the world around us. Focusing on individual strengths and unique abilities, this can help individuals to tap into and recognise their positive attributes and work towards meeting personal goals, valuing the diversity of minds and brains. Integrative Therapy: This style of therapy draws from many theoretical models of therapy, where the therapist has developed their own philosophy of sorts to meet the client's needs. As with all therapy, our aim is for you to be at the heart of the session, enabling you a time to reflect and process your emotions in a way that suits you and at your own pace. Every therapist is different and you are likely to get an enriching and different experience with each therapist you see, but their training and knowledge will be in a specific area depending on the type of therapy you choose. This type of therapy specialises in working with neurodiversity such as ASD, ADHD and ADD.
